Jackson Hole, Wyoming



Kara Roney, Katherine Wilkins, Shelby Noel, Alicia Voellger, and I went on a sweet road trip to Jackson Hole. After a five hour drive we arrived at Kara's home and her dad gave us the official tour. We went hot tubbing, then watched some creapy movie on tv...it was wierd. Saturday I woke up at 7am to Kara's dad singing to us on the intercom; that was fun haha. We read some scriptures in the theater, then I worked out with Kirk (it was sholder's day). Still that morning, we went into town and did the tourist stuff. At noon we meet up with Ty and hiked to a lake look-out in the Tetons. Then we drove to String Lake and saw a bear on the way there. The Kyaks were fun to take out. I went to the far side of the lake and was lucky enough to be 30 ft. away from an elk. It was so cool and there were probably at least 15 others. That night we ate pizza and ice cream in the city, watched The Bourne Identity when we got home, and passed out. Sunday we listened to Ty's homecoming talk at church and then made the drive back to Provo and our finals that were waiting for us. It was a great time to get away!
